General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your history, it may be vertigo or age-related tinnitus.

For that you can take tab. Betahistine after ENT consultation. Kindly consult with ENT surgeon for detailed examination. To rule out other neural pathology you may require MRI brain. Kindly check your blood sugar level and BP monitoring.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
