What Causes Ringing In Ear With Tingling In Arms And Floaters In Eyes?

Ringing in Ears I am 20 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing extremely louding whining in my left ear periodically. Followed by loss of hearing. At the time it happens I also get tingling sensations in my arms and have been experiencing floaters in both eyes. Any ideas?

this is tinnitus. it occurs due to increase blood flow. these are physiological changes of pregnancy. I think u need not to worry..
