What Causes Ringing In Ear And Tunnel Vision?
got a ringing in my ear and my vision started tunneling got a cold clamy sweat. did not lose contceiesness but very close to. afterwards i was urinating frequently. before the episode i had been sitting a while and when i got up i popped my neck a couple ways.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have ringing in ear and tunnel vision which can be cause by many factors like stress , temporomandibular joint problem , wisdom tooth , cervical spondolysis and increase blood pressure.Tinnitus can also occur due to overall or local increase in blood pressure. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like audiometery , CT scan ,MRI , low and high pitched ringing to rule out conditions like hearing loss , exposure to loud noises , earwax build-up , middle ear infection. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with sedatives and supplement like ginkgo biloba . For tunnel vision consult ophthalmologist to rule out glaucoma .
