What Causes Right Sided Pain In Lower Abdomen?

Ive been having sharp pains in my lower right area, it hurts to move stand or go to the bathroom. what should i do what could it be, i had a bladder infection a while back ago could that be it?
it hurts really bad and ive been reading it could be my appendix should i go to the er?

Hi and welcome to HCM.
Yes,you should. it could be appendix and this is serious condition then. but more commonly this is just uroinfection, gynaecologis issues or intestinal colics. You should eat easier food and drink plenty of fluids,dont take analgetics before you see doctor. Thanks for the query. Wish you good health. Regards
