I even had xrays taken at university of Utah and they said the same thing. now very frustrated my pain has only gotten worse sometimes to the point I can not stand and hurts sometimes down into my butt . any help will be wonderful. thank you.
I can understand your concern and will try to help you in the best way possible. The problem that you are having can be due to deep vein thrombosis or thrombophlebitis or lymphedema. I suggest to get yourself evaluated by a physician. You can require tests like a complete blood count with coagulation profile, renal function test, Liver function test with serum proteins, USG doppler of lower limb and other tests. In the mean while you can elevate your legs while sleeping by keeping two pillows beneath it to help reduce the swelling. You can avoid standing for long periods and if required use a compression stocking when you walk to help decrease the swelling.
Hope it helps.
