What Causes Right Sided Chest Pain After Exposure To Meth Fumes?

LAST NIGHT I TOOK A PILL AT A PARTY AND LATER WAS TOLD IT WAS FILLED WITH METH. I FREAKED OUT AND WENT HOME AND WAITED FOR IT TO WEAR OFF. AFTER LAYING IN BED FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT MAYBE DRIFTING TO SLEEP FOR A MAX OF AN HOUR I NOW HAVE A PAIN IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY CHEST WHEN I TAKE A DEEP BREATH LIKE A HOT EMBER INSIDE MY CHEST AND MY HEART IS STILL POUNDING. ITS BEEN 20 HOURS SINCE THE PILL. IVE TAKEN TWO 350 MG ASPIRIN THINKING IT MIGHT LOWER MY BLOOD PRESSURE. ANY IDEAS? IS THIS NORMAL? I KNOW I SHOULD OF ASKED WHAT IT WAS BUT I WAS KINDA DRUNK...SO STUPID

Your work up needed with.....
-Auscultation to look for rhonchi if heard and heart sound
-Chest x ray
-Spirometry to assess severity of disease and subsequent management as bronchitis seems most likely
-EKG if needed
-Blood pressure measurement

According to cause further treatment guided. ...

Ex. If bronchoconstriction more than bronchodilator drug given....
