What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain?

This morning my stomach (the pain is located right in the middle of my abdomen above my belly button and below my sternum) feels like it s a burning sensation. It s an on & off thing. I remember eating a hot taco & it being hard to go down, & that s the only thing I can think of it being. Could I have burn my stomach?

What it looks like is, it's a pain due to increased acid secretion leading indigestion and pain in stomach due to irritation of the stomach lining by acid.

It will be alright. Take syrup Gaviscon and Omeprazole by mouth. It will help soothe you and take the acid down to relieve your pain. Don't take any pain medication as it will bother you even more.
