What Causes Right Sided Abdominal Pain With Nausea?

I have pain in the middle and right side of my abdomen. Has has every time after I eat and some times feel nauseas. The pain increases when I lay down. I had a laparoscopy 2011, colonoscopy 2011, ultrasound 2014 and CT scan sometime in 2010-2011 all negative. A fecal test was negative. What can it be?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM....

According to your complaint following can be the diagnosis......
-ulcer in stomach
-colon ulcer
-if fever associated with muscular pain then hepatitis
-colon inflammation colitis
-stone if pain constricting and severe

The investigation had done before 1 year.
Repeat USG this time for diagnosis.

Take omeprazole for 2 week.
Along with take ciprofloxacin like antibiotic....
Fruits more.
For few days soft and bland diet taken.
Oat rich in selenium , thiamin , copper , vitamin E and vitamin C etc...so help in soothing GI tract...
Avoid irritants like ......
-smoking
-excess tea and coffee
-alcohol.
-non veg etc....

With keeping this in mind consult gastroentetologist.
Avoid stress if taking it...
