What Causes Ribs And Armpit Pain On Movement?

I'm a breast cancer survivour.Had surgery on left side in '09.probably my 2nd and 4th left ribs (centre) pain while turning on bed especially towards left while moving the hand to that side the pain starts in the centre and spreads towards the left arm pit.
