What Causes Ribcage And Back Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea With Abnormal BM?

I am 4 weeks post op after gallbladder removal. The pain in my right side under my rib cage and sharp pain in my back has not gone away. I had diarrhea for a week including nausea. The ER did a cat scan a week ago and found nothing except that my liver tests are still above normal (120 range) Today I had a normal BM however it was extremely light colored which is not normal... even pre surgery with gallstones. Is it possible the ct scan missed something? Is it worth another trip to the ER?

intravenous treatment also .

Hope this will help you .
