What Causes Retrograde Ejaculation?

My husband says that when he ejaculates not as much comes out and he doesn t get that good feeling but only for an instant. So needless to say we haven t been intimate in over a year and it is causing problems in our marrage. he does have prostate problems, slow urine,enlarged prostate hasn t been checked in about three years and he is taking 20 mg of celexa also diabetic

A common cause of retrograde ejaculation is;-
1) Prostatomegaly
2) Prostate surgery
3) Spinal cord injury
4) Sometimes in diabetic
Treatment part depends upon the underlying cause. Do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. Do regular blood sugar monitoring and keep it under control. I will suggest you review here with detailed history or consult with a physician.
