Hello doc. I am mastubate max 3 times daily fo last 9 years is that normal in my age .my age is 24 and tell me i had sex with some one with condom but during intrrcourse my sperm not coming out then after i will do handjob my self sperm comes out tell me what to do i m also overweight my hegit is 5 11 amd weigh 110 kg

First thing is sperms didn't come out so it might be weak muscles of pelvis floor which control ejaculation process. Overweight is problem which weak the muscle. Thus, control your weight. The 2nd thing is masturbation frequency. Excessive masturbation result in weak sperm morphology and decrease in count so better to overcome this thing.
