What Causes Restricted Movement In The Arm With Torn Rotator Cuff?

I have suffered from a torn rotator cuff. I have completed physical therapy several times, continue to attempt to do therapy at home. Have had cotizone injections. My last MRI showed a partial re-tear to the rotator cuff. I have limited the amount that I use my arm due to the injury which seems to get re-injured several times a year. I currently have less than 50% range of motion. I have numbness, tingling and am unable to grip things in my left hand due the shoulder. Is there a treatment that can be done that has not been tried yet?

Hi considering that you have tried conservative treatment for so long with not much relief and only worsening of symptoms it might be time to think about surgery to set the problem right. kindly talk to your doctor regarding surgery. You are mentioning some neurological symptoms that indicate that a problem which was initially only musculoskeletal now extending into your nerves. Do not neglect this. You will benefit more from a single surgery than dragging this along. I wish you good health. Take care. :)
