What Causes Restricted Movement In Feet While Swimming?
My feet float to the surface when I m in the pool treading water and put me on my back and I can t get them back down. When I get to the edge I roll onto my stomach and pull myself to the shallow end. When I do get my foot to the bottom of the pool it feels to me that it is on the side of the pool not the bottom.
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your experience of restricted movement in your foot while swimming I am suggesting from my opinion that lactic acid has gradually build up in your foot I hope this helps
