Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi,

I do not understand why a 6-week old infant is being fed oatmeal and that itself could be the reason for the restlessness. I suggest that he be only on milk feeds or exclusive breastfeed if there is no milk allergy or milk protein intolerance.

The other issue for the restlessness could be Gastro-oesophageal Reflux disorder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
