What Causes Reoccurring Pain In Abdomen, Lower Back And Pelvis?

I have a reoccurring pain in my mid abdomen on the right side. It often manifests as a sudden muscle cramp, but also lingers at times. In addition, I have a reoccurring pain in my extreme lower back. It hurts a lot if I stand for a long time, and burns pretty much constantly. If I flex my spine forward and back pain radiates throughout my pelvis. It feels like it s located right above my rectum/above or behind my cervix. I have been checked for ovarian fibroids and there was nothing, and have a history of PMDD which I take estrogen for, but no one has been able to tell me why I get this debilitating pain in my pelvis or why I get the cramp in my abdomen. It s located right along the rib cage just under my right breast.

Hi,

You are reporting to have abdominal pain on the right side.
To my opinion your symptoms may be related with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)
You can use butyric acid to help improve your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
