What Causes Regular Headaches?

I have been having on and off light head aches that causes tooth aches, pains in my eyes and nose as if my sinus are bothering me. I am trying to figure out what is wrong. Is it tension headache because i do work in on a computer everyday. I was thinking it maybe my eyes. Not sure.
