What Causes Reduction Of Bowel Movements?

All out of tears....( Weight loss problems)
I've been doing well...lost a total amount of 79lbs...I use to be 297...now I'm 218...or so I thought. back in 2007, I had my gallbladder removed....so my digestive tract isn't the same. when I started my weight loss journey...I was eating ok and counting calories...as time passed...I started to eat back all the bad foods as long as I kept it in my macros and exercised...the weight loss has stopped and I find myself gaining more and more weight even if I exercise and keep in my macros... but I dont see any weight gain other than the gassy and bloated ness in my midsection..I still fit the pants I couldn't wear at 230...which is where the scale said I was this
morning when yesterday morning I was 226 and the morning before that I was 224....how does one gain weight so quickly...? I don't have bowel movements much...if I do..its small pieces...probably bout the size of a mini size snickers. and I know I eat a lot of fatty and salty foods...but I feel like as long as it fits my macros...should it matter? what's wrong with me?

*You have messed up your digestive tract on your own.
*Still there is time , get ready to retune your intestine in fine rhythmic
patterns , will feel best if practise following sincerely , else it`s your life
& your decisions for your body.
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages / excess ghee / sugar
cheese / junk foods / pastas / pizzas
- avoid prolong fasting / overeating
- have small amounts of food at regular intervals
- fix your timings of breakfast , lunch , dinner
- chew your food very thoroughly
- consume more liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water, rice water ,
home made juices , green tea, coffee , butter milk
- increase proportion of fiber with green leafy vegetables, cereals, pulses,
legumes , curd
- avoid smoking / tobacco / alcohol / any abuse substances if used in
any form
- avoid going to sleep atleast for 2 hours after lunch & dinner
- have regular sound sleep of 8 hours daily
- do regular exercises & YOGA at home honestly sincerely with care
- avoid stress / anxiety
