Hi, I am 24 years old, And i am was addicted to pornography when i was in 15 years old, I have less hair and mustache, Is there a reason behind of less hair due excessive releases of Hormones,If yes so how can heal from damage and how to grow beard and mustache, Please Help me i am feel ashamed in my collegues when i see their beard, i also face insult infront of them.

Hi,

You should understand that there is no physical harm viewing pornography. Lesser beard is hormone related. You should get hormone analysis as testosterone etc.

If the level is lesser then you need hormones. Otherwise, nothing can be done.
