What Causes Redness Under The Eyes After Applying Ultrabrite Cream?

Hi. I was using Ultrabrite cream from last 2weeks earlier it was good by now the skin below my eyes are becoming red. Why is this happening ? And what should i do now to remove that mark? Please reply soon Doctor because i am going to be married on 7thJan2017. Hope you can understand Sir. Thank you.

It means that there is some ingredient in the cream which does not suit your skin usually this ingredient is a steroid and it starts to show this effect after weeks of use, i would suggest you not to use that product and talk to your doctor about this problem only use any thing which your dermatologist suggests do not use anything by yourself.
