What Causes Redness, Pain And Swelling In Labia Minora?
The skin of my labia minora is very red and swollen. The skin around it is dry and white and cracked. I have been in severe pain as the skin inside the lips appears to have lots of cuts and is now weeping. Any movement is very sore as it feels as though the whole area has lost the top part of skin and it exposed.

From history it seems that you might be having lower genital tract infection producing soreness, cuts and pain.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local personal hygiene proper.
