What Causes Redness Inside Nostril After A Common Cold?

about 2 weeks ago I had what I think was a cold, It went away in a week I was starting to feel better. I had clear mucus and spit that I would force up (could feel it in my throat), it was once more of a light yellow then clear. That has slowly went away although it s sometimes still present. Currently, i ve noticed that the inside of my right nostril is angry red looking doesn t hurt or itch or any symptoms. The other nostril is normal and pink looking, along with this the back of my throat looks a little red like my nostril. At times it almost feels hot or like heart burn down my throat (best way for me to describe it) which this isn t often only comes and goes..thanks

ENT Specialist 's  Response
It may be due to sinusitis. Go for a course of a good antibiotic along with nasal decongestant with steam inhalation. Also add vitamin c in your routine.
