General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear thanks for the question.

You have developed cellulitis of hand due to cat bite. You need to do following
1 a complete course of antirabies vaccine as cat bite can cause rabies later.
2 a complete course of antibiotics of one week or longer if no relief.
3 pain killers and antihistamines
4 observe cat if possible for rabies.
You need to visit a general practitioner for examination of the bite area and hand. Swab can be sent for test for antibiotics sensitivity. This test will help in directed treatment.

I hope my reply will benefit you. Please write for follow up queries. I wish you rapid recovery. Please write a feedback. Thanks.
