General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the redness do present for a period of 24-48 hours post removal of case for broken bone. It usually vanishes within 3 working days, if persistent beyond this period, I would request a visit to your ortho surgeon.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
