What Causes Redness And Itching On Palms Of Both The Hands?

The palms of both hands are red along the outer 1/2 inch with itching and some tingling and are warmer than the rest of my hands. I have not been using any household cleansers or doing the dishes, nor do I think they are chapped. What do you think?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having pompholyx.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
