What Causes Redness And Burning Sensation In Eye?

Hello my name is RHONDA. I just have a question about my right eye. I woke this morning and it was very red. It s currently still red and burns. I just wiped some whitish and green discharge from it. Was hoping maybe someone could give me their professional opinion? Thank you!

You could be in the early stage of conjunctivitis...
It may affect the other eye also after a day or two..
Nothing to worry..
Do not rub your eyes..
Use some antibiotic and artificial tear drops for relief..
It can affect other family members also ..
So maintain hygiene..
