What Causes Reddish Spot On One Of My Testicles?

I recently just got a spot on one of my testicles. It's been around for a couple days and doesn't look like its recieding. Do you have any idea of what it could be? It is an average sized spot a bit lighter than my original skin colour(black) so a bit reddish. Looks as if I could pop it but I'd rather not at this moment.. Thanks!

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your finding of having a black skin and in spite of that the color of the lesion is reddish and lighter.
You think that it can be popped.
Hence the possible problem is a development of an abscess.
I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor as he would be in a better position to tell you the problem is.
Secondly you will get a prescription of an antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and whatever he thinks is the most appropriate treatment.
Till hem you may please clean the area with plain water, make it dry and apply liquid povidone iodine.
I find this answer helpful
