What Causes Reddish Pink Blotch On Both Sides Of Upper Thigh And Hip?

Hi, i noticed one red/pink blotch on my inner thigh close to bikini line, a couple of weeks ago. Now i have more on both sides of upper thigh and hips. They are kind of outlined and not colored in middle. They don t itch or burn, not raised. But it seems like its spreading. What could this be? Caused by sex??

Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of reddish pink blotch on both sides of upper thigh and hip which are due to frictional heat generation and could be due to allergic reaction of body.

I would suggest you to try to figure out what exactly causing red blotches in your case, give cold compresses to affected area to get rid of itching. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight clothes. Wear loose cotton clothes. You should take Benadryl twice a day and consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor will take history and prescribe medications accordingly.
