Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
The product you have been using contains a combination of hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone. Most likely you have developed irritant dermatitis due to this product. Tretinoin as well as hydroquinone are irritants and should never be used at places such as axilla. I would advice you to discontinue it immediately and bring this to the notice of your doctor. If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate Or mometasone furoate, twice daily for a few days. Steroids are anti-inflammatory and would help resolve the irritant dermatitis. Topical steroids are prescription products and therefore I would suggest that you contact your doctor for the needful An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily would provide you symptomatic relief from burning and discomfort.
