What Causes Reddish Colored Urine During Pregnancy?

I am 22 weeks pregnant, I had went to use the restroom about 20 minutes ago and my urine was a redish orangish color. My mother had said to drink a lot of water, so I drank about a bottle and half, went again, and my urine was back to a yellow. Is there any worry?

Bladder or kidney infections, Bladder or kidney stones, Certain medications such as aspirin, penicillin, heparin, cyclophosphamide; Kidney injury from an accident or sports, Vigorous exercise etc.
