What Causes Reddish Brown Spots On Cheeks, Face And Under Eye?
hi my 2yrs old has very tiny reddish brown spots appered on his face on cheek and under eye over last day had spread round temple and forhead and noticed under urmpit last night. he has had alot of tantrums lately and a nightmare to get to bed as just cries no temp though

This needs constant application of moisturising oinments daily and good intake if fruits and vegetables.
Try avoiding dairy products to see if that helps.
