What Causes Red Spots On The Tongue And Cough?

Helli. My symptoms are as follows : *Red Dots on and under tongue. As well as tonsils and inner lip. Palate included. *On & Off Dry Cough *Burning /tingling of lips and sometimes face. *Mild sore tongue *numbness/ warm to touch face *Fordyce spots *Thirst

No, they are not appearing like Fordyce's spots..

Red spots on tongue and other parts of the mouth along with cough can be due to viral infection.
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can do an oral swab culture and a blood test to confirm the cause..
In case if there is viral infection then you can be advised antiviral medication like Acyclovir, Valacyclovir and topical application of antiviral ointment..
Along with it you can also gargle with Lidocaine containing mouthwash if there is pain or burning..
You can also do warm saline gargles..
