What Causes Red Spots On The Outer Edge Of Nipple?

I have noticed my 14 year old son has had an issue with his nipples. when he gets out of the pool and takes off his rash guard swim top his nipples are red and have a ring of red spots on the outer edge of his nipple. The nipple itself is very red and irritated and this last time they were bleeding. what could be causing this and should i be taking him to see his doctor?

It can be due to allergy or due to infection but such a short course and swimming in a pool its allegic. Give him tablet cetrizine 10 mg 1×PO×BD. He will be okay.
