What Causes Red Spots On The Arms And Legs?

Hi--lost my first message. For about a month have had red, not all raised skin spots on arms, leg, especially behind the knees; some on upper back some on chest. VERY itchy. Using oatmeal soap and Eurcerin lotion, but itching comes back! plan to visit dermo. Grew up, still love in Florida! One summer fell asleep on my stomach for a couple of hours, very painful. Unable to work for about 3 days. I don t worship the sun anymore! Im a redhead, lots of freckles and now this! Plan to visit a dermo. ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR TOPICAL ? TX SYLVIA V.
