What Causes Red Spots On Penis?

My yeast infection started off bad. It covered the entire under part of my shaft. I also have hsv2. I took a diflucan pill and I m using monostat 3. I m now much better, however I still have a few red spots. Will masturbation make the yeast infection worse? How can I tell the difference between a yeast infection red spot and hsv2 red spot?

Yeast infection has to be clearly differentiated from viral infection that is HSV. Yeast infection causes white to red patches along with itching, where as HSV causes intense pain and redness along with vesicles formation. Mono stat and diflucan can effectively treat the fungal infection. Antiviral medications like acyclovir are required to treat the condition. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
