What Causes Red Spots On Breast?
my mother is 6y old, diabetic and hypertensive on medication and Insulin. She has been getting a red spot on her sternum on and of. The spot appears for few days and dissappear spontaneously. It is not painful and not scratchy.Her mother, sister and both of her aunts had breast cancer. What could be causing this spot? Is there any thing she should do? Thank u
