What Causes Red Spots In Stool?

Hi. Use tissue & baby wipes to clean myself after the no.2 ut, lol i tend to go a little deeper in the opening of the anus to further clean. Had two bathroom breaks within about a hour, and the second time, I had normal brown stool with what looked like red or mabe maroon color on one of the stool's tip. What you this this might be?!?
