What Causes Red Spots And Peeling Skin On The Surgical Scar Area?

Every place I have had surgery is developing or has developed red spots and skin peeling all the time.i have one spot on foot where I had Morton s neuroma surgery several years back that is the worst? What is causing this and how do I treat it? I have no insurance and not a lot of extra money.

This could be a REACTIVE PROCESS which are mainly idiopathic, if there is underlying pain then it suggests INFECTION. Sometimes PSORIASIS do present like this by virtue of KOEBNER’S PHENOMENON in which psoriasis tends to occur at the site of trauma.
