A couple of years ago I got this bright red, scaley spot that appear on the right side of my chest, about the size of a quarter, but no real shape to it, close to my shoulder. I figured it was an allergic reaction to something so I cleaned it and put neosporin on it, and it went away. Over the last two years, it's come and gone, but never as red as it was. In the last 7 months, I am starting to get them all over my body. The one on the right side of my chest, one in the center of my chest, one on my left side below my ribs, 3 below my left nipple, one on the right side of my stomach, one on my right shin, 3 on my upper pelvic area, and one on my lower shin. They are all different sizes, some itch, some don't. Most are dark red, like raw spots, but none of them hurt. I have tried anti-fungal cream and it doesn't seem to do anything. Do you have any clue what this could be?
