What Causes Red Ring With Tiny White Dot On Inside In Leg?

i have quarter size like ring on my leg red on the outside but white inside. it does not itch or burn and has been there for about 3 weeks and as not spread to anywhere else on my body and no one else has gotten from me so it must not be contagious. I m not sure what it is but I don t think its a ringworm

That red ring with white center may be any of the following conditions:
1) Nummular dermatitis
2) Tenia corporis
3) Granuloma annulare
4) Fixed drug eruptions
5) Allergic contact dermatitis
6) Irritant contact dermatitis
7) Pityriasis rosea
8) Intertrigo
9) Psoriasis
10) Lichen planus

It is to be examined by a dermatologist to arrive at a specific diagnosis and for appropriate treatment. Please do consult a dermatologist and discuss the above mentioned causes.
