After taking a plane,7 hour flight I got red rashes on my right leg.The Only thing I took were aspirines. Now six months later they are still there and it looks as if small veins exploded..I take calcium and Vit.D3 .I had my thyroid removed ten years ago..Thank you Sir,
Hi. As per your case history you are having purpuric rash. My treatment advice is - 1. Avoid standing for long periods of time and keep pillows below legs while sleeping. 2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily. 3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months. 4. Other treatment options are oral calcium dobisilate, multivitamins taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
