What Causes Red Rashes On The Forearms?

I am a 68 year old female and have been noticing bruising, red blotches on my forearms with no apparent injuries to the arm. What could these be and how can I remedy them? I am working on my cardiovascular system with all the lifestyle activities (exercise, healthy vegan diet, sleep 7 hours, active life) throughout my life. I remember my mother having these and I notice older individuals with them. I take vitamins as recommended by my N.D. and only Biest and Progesterone compounded prescriptions. Can you advise? Hello dear
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have gone through your concern deeply .

@ These are prominent subcutaneous capillaries giving rash appearance in
old age persons without any reasons ( mostly assumed to be from thin
skin texture )
@ There are no remedies for the same , sometimes they fade away on their
own , many times remain as it is .

Hope this will help you .
Feel free to ask any further questions .
Thanks for evaluating my answer thoroughly .
Regards .
I find this answer helpful
