What Causes Red Rash On Feet, Legs And Arms?
My 3 yr old daughter has a red rash on her feet legs and arms and a very large white like ulcer on the side of her tongue. She is having trouble eating and her feet seem to show the worst rash. The rash started on her bum. She does not have any fever but is irritable.

Some viral infection can cause these type of symptoms like coxsackie virus etc.Other causes which have to be ruled out are allergy,bug bite and vitamin ,zinc deficiency (associated with loose motions too).
I would suggest get checked by a doctor in person and discuss further.
