Hi welcome to health care magic... You have not mentioned site of infection.... According to history it seems to be superficial bacterial infection of skin... Like that of boil or foliculitis... Here ps comes out from lesion, pus should be drained fully... If it is big in size than incision and drainage done... Daily dressing needed after incision if size big.... For small lesion after extracting pus you can apply topical betardine ointment... Oral amoxuxlclav taken for five days...
