What Causes Red Nasal Discharge?

I have some serous reddish watery drainage from my right nostril. It s def not normal mucus. I can make it drain to the point of dripping from my nostril if I rotate my head o the right and ole my trunk so my head is below my chest. I have had no trauma, no other symptoms? Any ideas?

Consult a ENT specialist for clinical examination.
Nasal discharge culture helpful for diagnosis.
Detail history and investigation helpful for diagnosis.
Treat underling cause.
If infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.
