What Causes Red Mass In Feces And Abdominal Pain?
I have had red sacks in my feces and major stomach pain with gurgling in my stomach when i'm not hungry. My muscles hurt all over but usually one area at a time. I feel I have some malabsorption going on with wt loss. I have also started to develope minor bruising. Help!!!!

Dear red mass in stool means how it appears??is it round clots or associated with tissue with red mass or thread like structures??
if it is clots means it may be due to diverticulitis or colitis(infectious or ischemic colitis), inflammatory bowel disease and vascular ectasias etc..
if it is tissue with blood means peptic ulcers,colon cancer and crohn's disease etc..
please get stool examination and ultrasound abdomen get it done. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
