What Causes Red Liquid Nipple Drainage While On Letrozole?
I had a operation for Breast cancer in October the cancer was removed and I am now on Letrozole 2.5mg on earth day . Shortly after I started to have a brown discharge from my niple Which was checked but it has now turned red . Should I have it checked again

Letrazole does cause a hormonal fluctuation which can cause some amount of nipple discharge, but it is not common for there to be blood from the nipple. I strongly recommend a repeat visit to your doctor to get it checked out.
