General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get it reviewed by an orthopedic surgeon or your primary care physician to look for any signs of local arthritis.

Blood coagulation profile as well as blood counts and platelets function may be needed if it seems to be bruise or bleeding collection under the skin.

If it's not so, uric acid levels, as well as RA factor estimation, may be done to look for inflammatory arthritis. Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
