What Causes Red Itchy Bumps On Wrists, Stomach Area And Chest?

I had a flu shot on Monday morning. I have RA and am being treated for it. Yesterday I developed some pin head size raised red itchy bumps on my wrists, stomach area, and chest area. It started with just a few and they are now multiplying. I m wondering if its a reaction to the flu shot although I ve never experienced that in previous years. Benedryl seem to help with the itching.

Hi

You seem to have developed an allergic skin rash .

Such a skin rash could either be due to the flu shot you received or it could be associated with any medicines you are taking or any other body illness .

Take some oral antihistamines regularly .
See a nearby dermatologist if the rash tends to persist or increase.
