What Causes Red Itchy Bumps On Upper Abdominal Area?

i have red itchy bump clusters on my upper stomach. At first, I thought it was a heat rash because some of them are under my breasts and I have been sweating under them. However they are still here and it s been around a week. No puss, they are just bump clusters that are itchy.

It happens in many allergic skin problems. You need to apply Hydrocortisone cream; And, Dermarest cream both twice daily on the area. Take Claritin by mouth 1 daily for 5days. It will help you a lot.
